"I have had State Farm for quite a few years. I had my very first auto accident June 19. It is now July 10 and I still have heard anything except "estimate pending". I am extremely frustrated and disappointed. Unfortunately I had no idea I do not have rental car coverage. It's almost impossible to speak with a human and I am going by what the app tells me. I talked to many other people who knew their outcome with insurance within days of their accidents. State Farm is a big name in insurance and I expected so much more. The responding officers and tow driver all feel certain my car was totaled. I'd really like an explanation of the delay in the whole process. I would like my claim to be settled. I need to have this taken care of."
